When the children who graduate from this institution wish to pursue higher education at a university, they have to go to large cities such as Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. For orphaned, poor, and underprivileged children, going to these big cities and bearing the associated expenses becomes impossible. Education is essential for these children, as it not only empowers them but also provides them with opportunities to improve their circumstances and become independent.
Higher education equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to secure stable jobs and contribute meaningfully to society. By receiving an education, these children can break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient, ultimately supporting their own households and contributing to their communities’ growth and development. Even children who do have guardians are not sent far away for education, especially girls, which results in many children being deprived of higher education.
Therefore, a project was initiated to establish Pandora University so that local and resident children can obtain degrees. By providing access to quality education for orphans, poor, and low-privileged children, we not only empower individuals but also enable them to participate actively in the workforce, fostering economic stability and social progress. So far, 150 million rupees have been spent on this project, and an additional 50 million rupees are urgently needed for its completion.
In the vicinity of Pandora Tehsil, Kallar Syedan, there is no institution or university within a 25-kilometer radius. The local residents and people from distant areas are eagerly waiting for this project to be completed so that their children can receive an education here and grow up to be independent, self-reliant members of society who contribute positively to their families and communities.
